How the whitelabel editor, embed, and bundled modules work in practice.
What is the difference between a hosted whitelabel solution and an embed?
With the hosted option we run a complete MyLaserTools instance under your brand on a domain like design.yourbrand.com, so there is no infrastructure for you to operate. With the embed, you drop the editor or individual tools into your existing website or app while your customers stay on your product.
Can I fully remove MyLaserTools branding and use my own?
Yes. The whitelabel editor is restyled with your logo, colors, and domain, so your customers experience it as your own product. The MyLaserTools engine powers it behind the scenes.
Do I have to include the maps editor?
No. Every module is optional. You can ship a leaner editor without the maps editor, or include it if map-based designs and topographic products matter to your customers.
What files can my customers export?
Customers export production-ready, true-to-size SVG, STL, and 3MF files. SVG is cut-ready for laser and CNC, and STL/3MF are watertight and ready to slice for 3D printing. A commercial license is included.
Do you host it, or do I need my own servers?
For the hosted whitelabel option we handle all hosting, scaling, and operations. For the embed, the design experience runs from our infrastructure inside your product, so you still do not need a render farm.
Can I combine the editor with datasets, symbols, and presets?
Yes. You compose the bundle: the design editor, optional maps editor, commercially free datasets, the 1000+ symbols library, maker presets, and your own design presets, all backed by the API for headless workflows.
